Managed service, pricing, and privacy

The managed service at tractionscout.com operates TractionScout for you. It includes operation of the application infrastructure, upgrades, backups, service maintenance, and commercial support. Access may be limited while TractionScout is in pre-release.

Current plans and charges

Open signup to review the current plan choices and checkout information. Existing users can sign in, select their project, and open Configure → AI & Billing to inspect the AI usage, budget, and purchase options available to their account. Subscription changes depend on the account's billing permissions.

Use these live screens for current prices, allowances, and availability. This guide does not reproduce them because offers and project entitlements can change. Review the service terms before purchasing.

Provider subscriptions, third-party API access, model inference, and advertising budgets may require separate accounts or charges. Check the prerequisites in each connector's setup panel and the AI configuration for your project before starting a workflow.

Data and operating responsibilities

Review the privacy policy for information about the managed service's handling of personal data. The legal notice identifies the service operator and contact information.

Within a project, Configure → Privacy & tracking contains its consent and collection settings. Check these settings alongside the connected sources so collection matches your intended use. Provider authorization, data collection, and permission to execute actions are separate decisions.

TractionScout also has a self-hosted operating model. A self-hosted deployment places infrastructure, upgrades, migrations, backups, service health, and connector credentials under the deployment owner's control. The repository source is licensed under GNU AGPL v3.0; software licensing and managed service terms cover different responsibilities. If you have access to the source distribution, use the self-hosting instructions supplied with that version. Public release and distribution availability may change during pre-release.
